It is good but pretty expensive. Forty-five minutes from Burlington's airport and cultural attractions, and only a half mile from the alpine hideaway of Stowe, the Golden Eagle Resort is just a few minutes away from skiing, biking and other recreational activities at Stowe's Mt. We were extremely pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the resort and our room.

The property is well maintained, nicely landscaped, and backs up into a reserve with nice, low-key hiking trails.
