hey there heidi here's another book publishing/printing service that is good for cookbooks, though maybe better for cookbook gifting as you can't keep customizing the book after it's bound and printed. As a publisher and book designer, I see Tastebook as a wonderful opportunity for people to create their own cookbooks using an easy to following procedure. It is now difficult or impossible to find the CCD chips the Cookbook is based on. If you can use iTunesusing TasteBook won't be much of a stretch.
