Then, trying your best to use your recessed chin as a pivot point, roll your head as close to your chest as you can get. and then get a good physical therapist, they are really well trained in all kinds of techniques, they do all kinds of massage and muscle rebuilding so that the disks don't slide anymore or do other wierd things.
