Min Charge for most functions $500.00 this allows
us to cover all our costs. ( Wages etc)
Our Terms for Booking Colonial Catering
All Payments and Details to be finalized and paid in full
7 days prior to your function.
Things we have to use at any functions.
Our Van has a large gas oven which have feed several hundred Quests.
Also We have a large Mobile trailer for all conditions.
We also stock our own
* White Crockery.
* Cutlery
* Urns and Tea cups and Mugs.
* Salt and pepper Shakers.
* Chauffeur Dishes and Self Heaters.
* Silver Trays, Serving Spoons, Tongs.
* Staff for wash up and Silver Service.
We no longer provide free linen. You'll need to hire linen from party hire with your Tables and Chairs.
Things we require if Catering on site and no hall available.
*Power for Urn ( Tea & Coffee.
*Good Lighting, Buffet Table,
Water.
* We don't carry Tables and Chairs. They must be hired if
not available.
* We no longer provide glass ware you need to hire it with your drinks.
(we do provide plastic cups for punch where its is in your menu.)
